Shipping and Delivery

7.2 The CLIENT undertakes to check the conformity of the product upon delivery. Any delivery error in relation to the order must be the subject of a complaint within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of delivery to the number: 0770173733.

7.3 Any order placed on our site is shipped in sealed and well-closed packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer not to accept any opened or already used package. Otherwise, the customer loses all rights of complaint.

7.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to report any delay or mismanagement of the delivery of their order, otherwise their purchases will be canceled and you will lose all rights to redo an order on our site.

7.5 The delivery costs are included in the total amount to be paid mentioned on the label of his package.
